A number of articles relating to the visit, arrest and deportation of Sheikh Raed Salah have appeared in the press: here, here and here for example.

The Memo site has published a response here and has a number of articles in defence of Sheikh Salah.

Various comments by members of the All-Party Group have been reported which are collated here:

Members of the All-Party Parliamentary Group against Antisemitism have written to the Speaker of the House to demand an investigation. John Mann MP said: “I’m outraged and will not sit idly by when those same speakers that inflame tensions on campuses are glad-handed in the House of Commons.”

Lord Dubs, the former Labour MP Alf Dubs, who is a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group against Antisemitism, was due to speak at the event. But he told the JC that he had decided to withdraw from the controversial meeting. “I have too much doubt about Mr Salah,” he said. “It is probably not sensible for me to share a platform with him. I am not happy about this situation”
