For the second consecutive year, Lord Alf Dubs, spoke this month to a group of schoolchildren about antisemitism and Holocaust memorial. The former Northern Ireland minister, recounted his own story of arriving on the Kindertransport from Prague when he was just six.
The children asked some great questions and impressed Lord Dubs with their knowledge of the subject. They also saw the plaque in the Palace of Westminster which records the rescued children’s thanks to Britain.
