At an event attended by some 70 people, Rt Hon Theresa Villiers MP – who sat on the All-Party Inquiry into Antisemitism – and David Burrowes MP, a member of the group spoke of their commitment to fight anti-Jewish prejudice and all forms of racism. The central message was that education might be the key to solving a number of the challenges in modern discursive antisemitism. Among the topics covered were the need for vigilence in Parliament, the challenges presented in our globalised world and and what those at the grass roots can do. Richard Benson, the Chief Executive of the CST and Danny Stone the APPG Director also apoke at the event which was chaired by community Rabbi, Pinchas Hackenbroch.
