The Higher Education Sub-Group of the Inter-Departmental Working Group on Antisemitism met for the second time. Chaired initially by Lord Young of Norwood Green, the meeting covered updates from the ECU (reporting of race hate incidents research), UCU (programme of events) and NUS (efforts towards better inter-faith harmony on campus) . The CST and UJS presented a campus guide for students.
Having long taken an interest in issues relating to racism and football, John Mann MP together with PCAA Foundation Director Danny Stone compiled a submission to the DCMS Select Committee for their special session on racism in football.
